Our delivery process
From brief to launch — in weeks, not quarters.

The five phases
Each phase produces something real, testable and yours.
No thousand-page specs. Every phase ends with an artefact you can put in front of a user, a stakeholder or an investor.
Discovery sprint · Week 1
Two working sessions with your team. We interrogate the problem, map the users, agree measurable outcomes, and sketch the shape of the system. You leave with a written brief, wireframes, a technical architecture and a fixed-price quote.
Rapid prototype · Weeks 1–2
Within 5–10 working days you have a clickable, testable prototype in your hands — and for AI projects, an initial model evaluation with real data. This is where most of the risk gets designed out.
Build sprints · Weeks 2–8
Two-week sprints, each ending with a live demo. Our AI-augmented pipeline generates, reviews and tests code continuously, while senior engineers steer architecture, quality and edge cases. You have Slack access to the team throughout.
Launch & harden · Weeks 8–10
Production deployment, monitoring, security review, load testing, App Store / Play submission if applicable, and any compliance documentation (ISO 27001, SOC 2, Cyber Essentials) needed for your buyers or procurement.
Iterate & scale · Ongoing
A monthly retainer if you want it — for new features, model retraining, incident response, cost optimisation and performance work. Cancellable any time, no long lock-ins.
